HOW TO GET STARTED
Initial reading explains what the project is about and why they are part of the project.
"Would you please tell me, in your own words, about your business as you see it?"
"What is you organization structure where do you fit in this structure and what is it that you do? "
"What kind of things do you need to know in order to do your job well?"
"What else do you do and what information does it demand?"
"Can you tell us about your most pressing problem in doing your job?"
"What do you see as the most important thing that you do?"
"Where do you think the business needs to go in the future?"
These questions you prepare in advance based on what you already know.
For example in a personnel system you may ask what is it that we need to keep track of?

Jobs he/she can do
Pension
Personal assessment
Vacancy
Union
Payroll
etc
"Who else would you recommend that I talk to, and why?"
"Lets go over quickly what we have covered and see whether we have covered everything?"
"Are there any other problems which you have to deal with?"
"Is there anything else you would like to tell us about?"
